Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the CasaKeep mobile app and related services provided by Nestory LLC, a Colorado limited liability company located in Denver, Colorado.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, installing, or using CasaKeep, users agree to these terms. Users must be at least 13 years old, and minors under 18 need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting login credentials, reporting unauthorized access, and accepting responsibility for activity under the account.

3. The service

CasaKeep helps users scan rooms and items, catalog personal belongings, track details such as values, warranties, and locations, generate reports and exports, and sync inventory across devices.

Important: Estimated values are informational only. They are not professional appraisals and should not be the sole basis for insurance claims, legal proceedings, or financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions and payments

CasaKeep may offer a free tier and a Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, charge at confirmation of purchase, and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users manage cancellations through their app-store settings. Refunds follow Apple or Google policies.

5. User content

Users keep ownership of the photos, records, and other content they create or upload. CasaKeep receives a limited license to store, process, and display that content only to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not violate laws or regulations.
Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
